Standard Membership Pricing

Older Adults (40+ years) - $120 per month
Young Adults (18-39 years) - $100 per month
Children (0-17 years) - $30/child with Adult Membership ($50 child for 1st child if no Adult Membership)

Monthly membership fee is billed at the end of the month

Multiple Adult Discount - $20 off per month for all adults after the primary patient

Individual: $100
Family: $200

We have contracted with Accu Reference Medical Lab to provide labs at significantly reduced price

* All Point of Care (POC) testing such as urine dipstick, urine HCG, Rapid strep, Covid/Flu which are done in office are included in membership at no additional charge.
