Standard Membership Pricing

First Adult: $120/month

Multiple Adults over 40 years old: $100/patient (2 adults = $200/month)

Children: $30/child (with adult membership)

Discount for Adults Under 40

Receive $20/month off for each adult under 40
Example: 1 adult under 40, would be $100/month. 2 adults under 40 would be $80/patient ​($160/month)
